tools often lack comprehensive advance notification coverage, exposing merchants to unexpected chargebacks, hidden customer data, and increased costs due to missed early interventions.

You can bridge these gaps using direct alerts from card schemes and real-time transaction matching to resolve disputes efficiently.

How it works

  • Connect alerts: Use the Prevent alert webhook to connect PayPal alerts seamlessly.
  • Match dynamic descriptor: Set up transaction metadata to ensure accurate alert-to-order matching.
  • Track updates: View real-time data and filter alerts by payment method to streamline operations.

You can configure webhooks for each event type in the Solidgate HUB or via API.

This method provides an automated and secure way to handle Solidgate transactions through event notifications with unique signatures for verification. By integrating these notifications into your workflow, you can maintain secure communication and take immediate actions.
