Principle of operation

MB WAY supports payment flows:

  • One-time payment
    A single transaction without storing payment data for future use.
  • Recurring 1-click payments (CIT)
    Customer-initiated transactions using a stored payment token, enabling quick checkout without full authentication.
  • Recurring subscription payments (MIT)
    Merchant-initiated transactions for scheduled subscription payments, automatically charged without customer interaction.
  1. Selection at checkout
    Choose MB WAY as the payment method at checkout and enters phone number.
  2. Payment initiation
    Merchant sends a payment request to MB WAY, including the customer's phone number.
  3. Authentication and authorization
    The payment request is processed, the merchant displays a processing preloader, and the customer receives a mobile notification for payment confirmation.
  4. Payment confirmation
    The customer confirms the payment in the MB WAY app using their PIN, after which the transaction is authenticated and finalized immediately.
  5. Merchant notification
    Merchant receives a notification confirming the payment status.

The merchant must provide the desired name on the bank statement, the terms and conditions of their product, a logo ≥ 300 × 300 px, and monthly limits, minimum and maximum values, for customer spending on their site for 1-click and subscription payments separately.

This information must be submitted to the account manager.
