You can configure webhooks for each event type in the Solidgate HUB or via API.
Prevent alert Webhook is used to detect and resolve potential issues early and before they escalate. It allows businesses to notice issues or risks early, enabling proactive resolution.
By using these alerts, merchants can reduce the likelihood of chargebacks and ensure smooth transaction management.
- Go to Developers > Channels.
- Find the needed channel and click on it.
- In the Webhooks section, select +Add an endpoint.
- In the appeared form:
- Select Received card prevention alert from the dropdown list
- Specify URL
- Click on Add to save changes and start receiving the extended webhooks.
