Comprehensive insights for managing PayPal disputes and optimizing resolution processes

The report provides important data for the efficient management and tracking of disputes, offering information on both customer interactions and resolutions. These insights are essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and optimizing dispute-handling processes.

PayPal disputes API report is an invaluable tool for merchants, providing comprehensive details on each PayPal dispute, including unique dispute IDs, order IDs, disputed amounts, reasons, statuses, and lifecycle stages.

This report uses the created_at as default parameter for unloading data. It is understood that this report refers to PayPal disputes specifically.
To create an APM disputes report

  1. Go to Reports&Exports.
  2. In the top-right corner, click on +Create report.
  3. In the pop-up window, add the required information:
    • Select the APM disputes report type
    • Select one or several channels
    • Specify a date range of up to 36 days
    • Optionally, change the auto-created file name
  4. Click on Create.
    Once confirmed, the reports are created for each selected channel.
  5. Click on Download to save and view the report.
