Principle of operation

  1. Merchant payment initiation: The merchant sends a payment request to MB WAY, including the user’s phone number.
  2. Processing state: The system processes the payment request.
  3. Preloader display: The merchant shows a preloader, indicating processing to the user.
  4. User notification: The user receives a mobile notification for payment confirmation.
  5. User confirmation: The user confirms payment in the MB WAY app using their PIN.
  6. Merchant notification: The merchant is notified of the payment status.
  7. Confirmation display: The merchant displays a successful transaction notification.
If the merchant attempts multiple partial refunds, it will not work. In this case, the best course of action is for the merchant to refund their shopper outside of our platform.
